A Pele Award publication design winner, my mock magazine was created to capture the “ethereal” beauty of our environment here in the islands. The cover features an original photo taken on the south shore of O’ahu.

The Pele Awards is one of fifteen National District Competitions for the American Advertising Awards (ADDYs). The Pele Awards High School Division is designed to recognize and reward the creative excellence of Hawaiʻi's students in the art of advertising and design. Out of over 760 entries from Hawaiʻi High Schoolers statewide, I am honored to be one of 280 receiving a Pele Award.
